The Sustainability Policy of the Slovenian Railways Group
Slovenia faces the challenges of sustainable development, and Slovenian Railways Group plays a key role in promoting environmentally friendly forms of mobility. Sustainable values are the basis of a sustainable strategy and further development, and at the same time they represent the business model of the Slovenian Railways Group.

The sustainability policy of the Slovenian Railways Group focuses on reducing the impact on the environment, improving energy efficiency and promoting sustainable mobility.
The aim is to achieve a balance between the economic, social and environmental aspects of business and create value for all stakeholders.
The Slovenian Railways Group strives for carbon neutrality by 2050, the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, the efficient use of energy and renewable resources, and the preservation of biodiversity. It also advocates for fair treatment of employees, respect for human rights and transparent reporting on sustainable achievements.
